... of placeholder tag handling in general. In this case a TTX uses placeables quite a lot where "proper" XML would use opening and closing tags. You can force STudio to convert these by using smart tag pairing but if you do this you risk problems when returning the TTX. So as a general rule I would always disable smart tag pairing for TTX in Studio.
