Files set as reference files

Hello friends!

I am translating a huge amount of Word files and there are many that have been set as reference files in SDL Trados Studio 2011, instead of editable files. Unfortunately I cannot open and translate them. I thought it had to do with the Word version, but I changed it just to try and it doesn´t work.
