TRADOS Termbase not working!

I cannot save new terms-- what's going on?

When I click on save button, a "Script Error" box popped up with the following:

Char: 2
Error: Unable to get property 'save' of undefined or null regerence
Code: 0
URL: [url removed] (x86)/Common%20Files/SDL/MultiTerm9/Editor/script/connector.js

What does that mean?
It was all working fine before!

Help!
