Topic: Studio 2011: no blanket "copy source" for non-alpha segments?
Poster: PapagenoX
Hi all,
I'm translating a file that has tables with bunch of purely numeric values in the source, but every few segments there are alpha characters in a cell and I have to treat those differently, so I can't just highlight all the segments and issue a copy source to target command. Still, I can't believe that there's no way to tell the editor in Studio 2011 to just blanket copy source to target when there are no alpha characters in cells. It's nuts, and time-consuming. The best I've been able to do is highlight all the rows of segments, then control-click to unselect the ones for which I don't want the source copied, and then hit "CTRL-Insert."
Please tell me I'm missing something obvious?
Thanks,
José aka PapagenoX
