Studio 2011: find and replace with formatting

I need to find and replace many terms within a long text but I do not want to change the text; I want to italicise the words in the target output. I have done the translation, I just want to change the formatting.

In Word there is a formatting option on Find and Replace; there does not seem to be one on Studio 2011 (this is the first version of SDL Trados I have ever used, so bear with me. Such a shame it didn't actually come with a user guide!)

Does anyone know how to do this?
