As Bernard said, use the tmx to update your TM. Open the TM in Translation Memories and select Import. You can import the TMX directly into your Studio TM, providing the language settings match. If the client has provided you with a TMX you don;t need Workbench. You can edit the Studio TM in Translation Memories.
