Hi! Farzad,

I am not sure whether we are talking about the same problem.

Sine SDL never approached me for the solution, I thought they have successfully resolved the problem. but apparently not.

the problem was caused by the incompatibility of the app with the status of your hard drive. when the harddrive is a dynamic one, the problem occurs. the solution is to convert the dynamic drive to a static one, which will erase your system and data and need you to reinstall your system.

another solution is that there is a tool called DDC_Pro.exe (Dynamic to Basic conversion) which can do this conversion without involving system reinstallation. however, it will cost around 30 dollars.

the above solution is at your own risk.
