Trados 2007 and 2011: Is it possible to export styles from TM?

Hello!

I was wandering if it is possible to export the styles which are present in a TM.
Please open a TM, go to File/Properties - Style sheet. There you can find the styles.
I'm also interested if there is a way to export the styles from a sdltm.
