Hi Emma,

Thanks for the attempt, but no dice, I'm afraid.

Deleting the xml files from Users > [username] > AppData > Roaming > SDL > SDL Trados Studio > [IP removed] simply resets my settings, but I get the same error messages.

Deleting the projects.xml file seems to have no effect whatsoever.
