That's interesting... can I have a copy of the TM that does this? It would be useful to see what causes this for you but the multilingual aspect seems a likely culprit because Studio is quite (read very ;-)) strict on sublanguages. I have not tested this but would have initially thought the TUs would be discarded if they didn't match, but an upgrade rather than an import may well create an additional... but I would not have expected a duplicate.
