Translated percentages in Trados Studio 2014

I have a question about the translation percentages, please.

Normally, when I continue translating, percentages of Not Translated, Draft, Translated change.
But I had issues downloading Trados Studio 2014 SP1, so I uninstalled the SP1 and reinstalled Trados Studio 2014. Then, when I translate, all the above-mentioned percentages stay 0.00%.

Could you please tell me how to change the settings, so that the percentages will change?
