Hi Francesco,

The original Word file must be located in the .ttx directory. As a workaround, open the ttx in TagEditor, go to File > Save Target As, select the Word file and click on Save.

Make sure that the Word file is the one you used to create the ttx file.

If it doesn't work, you should provide more information: steps followed, error message, etc.
