Post title: Here is the code that's causing the problem

First, my TMs are all converted to TMX.
When I try to import my main TM under SDL Studio 2011, the error message I get sends me back to the line below. The problem is that the line above this one is EXACTLY the same.
I have no idea as to what is causing the problem for SDL to refuse to import my translation memory. It's a real problem for me. For the time being my old Trados dongle is working on and off, I've taped it to my computer, it's already been fixed several times and this time, it can no longer be fixed.
Of course I can use my TM with Notepad but this is time consuming. I can't open it with MSWord, I get another error message about another line which has a strange symbol I'm told.
I'm concerned that my only alternative is going to be to create 'fake' MSWord files, copy parts of the TM in each file, remove the codes and the French to create English files only that I can then run with SDL Studio so that I can paste the French.
The problem with this is that I have about 400,000 entries there and I fear it's going to take me about 6 months!

What do you think can be wrong with this line considering that the previous line is exactly the same while SDL only mentions this one?

Kind regards

In advance thank you for your help.
