Double-packed entities in XML documents in Trados Studio

If I have tags like this in an XML file...

<Entry>This is the tester&amp;apos;s test phrase</Entry>

...how could I convert this double-packed entity by project settings in Trados Studio into a simple apostrophe? Furthermore, after translation, it should be double-packed again...

Could anyone give me a hint?
