Post title: Web form stll buggy
A hard drive crash has unexpectedly disabled my stand-alone copy of SDL Studio 2011. And after switching in a new drive and recovering from a system image, I find that I have lost an activation. Taking the ready advice to access solution finder to fill in the web form and waiting for what is nowr two hours, the form persists in its stubborn refusal to load (regardless of the browser used). Despite the above reported fix, there still seems to be a problem here. Is there any other way for those of us with active licenses but, I confess, lapsed support subscriptions to reduce what are the already disruptive consequences of our hardware fickleness by getting in touch with SDL Technical to bring about a reset (other than by means of this forum, which appears to be a communication workaround).
