I am using Trados 2014 (Freelance version) on Windows 7. Everything worked fine until a couple of days ago, when MultiTerm stopped working out of the blue. When I mark terms in the editor and chose to add them to MT, I get a blank screen for the MultiTerm entry and the following error message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 93
Letter: 2
Error: The object does not support this property or method.
Code: 0
URL: [url removed] (x86)/Common%20Files/SDL/MultiTerm11/Editor/script/connector.js
I get an option to continue the script. Pressing both yes or no results in nothing. My term is not added to the term base.
Fixes and troubleshooting I tried (without success)
I tried opening my existing term base in Trados 2011; there I can add new terms without any problems.
Any hints would be appreciated.

Fixes and troubleshooting I tried (without success)
- Updating Java – I got a message about a new Java version (after the problem occurred) and installed it
- Opening the MultiTerm application and trying to add terms manually to the term base – I got the same blank window
- Creating a new TermBase
- Uninstalling MultiTerm and re-installing it
I tried opening my existing term base in Trados 2011; there I can add new terms without any problems.
Any hints would be appreciated.
