Topic: Error code 50003

After having had a break from using Trados Studio 2009 I now want to use it again. Last year I downloaded the trial version of Studio 2011 which I decided to not purchase in the end, I am not sure if this has anything to do with my trouble.
I am using Windows 7.
My SDL account states I have one license in use, but when I try to open Studio 2009 it says that I do not have an activated license. And when I attempt to use the activation key from my SDL account I get the error message:
"Could not contact activation server (Error code 50003)"
So I tought I would try to return my license with my license manager, but my computer can't locate my license, I get this error message:
"No information about SDL licenses could be retrieved. Please check your license locations.
Trusted Storage open failure."
So does anyone know how I can find my license? Or what I ought to do?
Thanks very much!
