Topic: SDL licence still "in use" despite having returned it
Poster: Olaf Reibedanz
Dear colleagues,
A couple of weeks ago I reinstalled the operating system (Windows 7) on my computer. Before I did so, I returned my Studio licence (by clicking on the corresponding menu option) and got the message: "You successfully deactivated SDL Studio" (or something like that).
However, when I go to the SDL homepage and log into "My SDL" in order to download the program and install it, it says that my licence is still in use. I don't understand this. Since I returned the licence, should the licence not be available?
Has anybody else ever experienced this problem?
Kind regards,
Olaf
