Post title: Save it as utf-8
Although I am IT-savvy, I must admit I have wasted over an hour before I worked it out!
The problem:
When Wojciech Froelich suggested using an unicode-enabled editor, I thought the changed file should be saved with unicode as the encoding; but it never worked;
The solution:
I looked at the top line of the setting file and it says "xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ? ", so I decided to save it with utf-8 as the encoding, and the problem was instantly solved.
So those who said they couldn't make it by changing the setting in the file must have made the same error as I did...
Thank you all!
