Studio 2011: Cannot create a file when that file already exists..

..I receive this error message at the end of the preparation process when I try to create a project it is an error message to Apply PerfectMatch, Analyze Files, Pre-translate Files and Populate Project translation memories.

Has any one had this problem before? Is there a workaround?
