Post title: Make sure your Java is 32 bit
If you have a 64-bit System, make sure that the Java run time you have installed is the 32-bit version, not the 64-bit one: I had problems after the latest update, and after trying several things I read more carefully the KB article describing the latest fix. It says that (for whatever reason) for the fix to work the Java version needs to be 32-bit.
I think SDL should have indicate that more clearly here and in other support fora... but they did write it in the relevant KB article.
