Activation of Starter Edition impossible

Dear all,

for about one year I tested SDL Trados 2011. This Test Version has expired, but I had not deinstalled it.

Now I bought and installed the Stater Edition on 9/9/2013 in the evening. The installation wanted my computer to reboot. But I stopped the rebooting because I was uploading a big video on youtube. So, 20 hours after the installation, I rebooted the computer. And then I could not activate the Starter Edition. Support-Referenz: LicenseNumberAlreadyUsed - 23. And the sdl site showed I had a single user license in use. So I should try to deactivate. But all that I have is a n expired Test Version of Trados 2011 I used last year (in 2012). And one can not get a deactivation because it is not possible to initiate a Test Version that has expired.

I tried deinstalling, reinstalling. But it will not function.

I would appreciate if you gave me an answer to this request today. In other case, because I can not use the tool, I would request that the expire data of the Starter Edition will be rectified to the day it is truely activated by myself.
