Processing documents with multiple languages

Hi everyone,

I'm using Trados 2011. I recently receive a project involving translating bilingual documents. The client only wants me to translate the English part of the document. Are there any ways to efficiently process these documents? Best case scenario is somehow adjust Trados to only import the English part or at least to make it automatically copy and confirm all non-English segments.

P/s: The documents are PowerPoint presentation and The English is only inserted where necessary (it's not the 02 columns bilingual kind of document)
