ITD files don't open in Studio 2014

Hello.

I have a problem - suddenly I can't open any ITD files in Studio 2014 "Unexpected exception".

I tried the solution with deleting files in routing folder, I reinstalled my progam but nothing works.

Please help, my deadline is chasing me
