... use the Solution Finder. That's what it's there for and it allows you to get help from SDL Support for an issue like this that prevents you from working.
Go to the Knowledgebase;

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder ( [url removed] ) and follow the Java route... seems most appropriate. Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
