Dear all,
As I was following the steps to install properly Trados 2014, I did the following:
1. I went to my SDL account to look for the license, and updated my new license.
2. I tried to deactivate my license on my 2009 Studio software installed on my computer and I got the following error message : Code 50040.
Any hint of what I should do next? Should I go forward with the installation, or should I wait to solve this error?
Does this code error means I deactivated the license anyway with the first step I took which was updating the license on my SDL account?
I hope these are not too many questions for a saturday morning.
Thanks in advance for your support.
