Incorrect verification of terms | English entries not case-sensitive

All of the following are false errors in Verification.
They are all English entries in a Japanese/English glossary. I can't find any settings to set case-sensitivity in Multiterm.
Is there any workaround for this?
Do you recommend mixing English into East Asian languages?
